Background
Linya is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay active at any stage of life. Her clinical focus includes sports-related injuries, neck pain, and supporting healthy ageing through movement.
Whether it’s a sprained ankle from hiking, a strained muscle from a new activity, or persistent neck discomfort, Linya is dedicated to helping individuals recover, move confidently, and return to doing what they love. She especially enjoys working with older adults and welcomes clients of all ages who are looking to stay active and independent.
Outside of the clinic, Linya enjoys hiking and bouldering—activities that give her a deeper appreciation for the body’s capabilities and the everyday challenges people face in movement and recreation. Her goal is to combine clinical expertise with a genuine passion for active living, helping people not only heal but truly thrive.
